There is now a positive duty on all employers to take reasonable and proportionate measures to eliminate sexual harassment, victimisation and sex discrimination!

This means … that employers can no longer ‘turn a blind eye’ or even await a complaint – they must now take the positive step of educating their employees and ensuring this does not occur BEFORE it does.
